The German city of Hanover on Friday set up its own electricity-bourse administrator, Deutsche Energiebörse AG, Handelsblatt reported.
Deutsche Energiebörse was set up by a consortium led by Norddeutsche Landesbank (Nord/LB) with the aim of building up an electricity bourse by the middle of next year.
