French diversified group Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux on Thursday announced the sale of its electricity unit, Elyo, to Société Générale de Belgique (SGB). SGB is a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of Suez, and is the main shareholder of Belgian energy group Tractebel.
