The French Association of Independent Electricity Operators (AFOIE) was recently created by the utilities Dalkia and Elyo in co-operation with the association of independent producers of thermal electricity (SNPIET). This grouping is an attempt to bring external opinions and expertise during the preparation of the new French electricity legislation, Energie Plus said in its latest edition.
