Eon AG said it will establish a separate unit for the generation of renewable energy, investing 3 billion euros by 2010, mainly in offshore wind power.
From October 2007, Eon’s future renewables and climate protection business will be headed by Frank Mastiaux (43), an experienced energy manager with an international track record.
