Holland’s third largest energy concern Eneco on Wednesday presented an unusual plan to allow members of the public to by a share in their own wind turbine.
Together with the windpark cooperative Windvogel, Eneco is starting a pilot scheme with 120 people who will get 20% of their electricity from a wind turbine in Bodegraven (near Utrecht).
