Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW) sold its 6.33 percent stake in Österreichische Elektrizitätswirtschafts AG (Verbund) in only one day to about one hundred institutional investors all over Europe.
Verbund said this shows the Austrian electricity company is very attractive on the international capital market.
