On account of this planned adjustment of the German sales tax law as of July 1, 2010, sales tax fraud in emissions trading in this country will be prohibited in the future.
EEX to stop possible tax fraud in power, gas trading
The European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) said it wanted new rules to be able to stop the possibility of sales tax fraud in power and natural gas trading.
