In the secnd quarter of 2011, the exchange said it will launch 24/7 trading on the spot market for natural gas.
EEX launches new gas price index Egix
The European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) said it launched the European Gas Index (Egix) yesterday, aiming at strengthening the importance of the price signal which the exchange sets for natural gas.
