Electricidade de Portugal SA (EDP) plans to invest 400 million euros to expand its wind power capacity, Portuguese business weekly Semanario Economico reported.
EDP renewable energy unit Enernova, which has 11 windmill parks, wants to build 20 more such facilities through 2008.
