EDF Trading Ltd. was among seven companies that agreed to buy carbon dioxide emissions credits from SRF Ltd., an Indian tire and chemicals maker, Bloomberg News reported.
“The deal has been done,” John Rittenberg, managing director of EDF Trading, told the news service.
