EDF Energies Nouvelles SA, a renewable-energy unit of Electricite de France SA (EDF) launched its initial public offering today.
The company is seeking to raise as much as 498.1 million euros in a stock sale to the public and to its parent to fund wind energy growth, Bloomberg News reported.
