EC cuts Portugal's CO2 emissions by 3.1% to 34.8m

The European Commission said it allowed Portugal’s an annual allocation of 34.8 million tonnes of CO2 allowances, which is 3.1 percent less than the 35.9 million tonnes proposed by the country.
