GERMAN POWER COMPANY PREUSSEN ELEKTRA is talking to energy distributor EDON on the possible take-over of EPON, one of the four Dutch power producers. EDON owns half the shares, NUON possesses the other fifty per cent but says it is not aware of any German attention for its EPON subsidiary.
