TUNNEL COSTS TOO MUCH. The utility tunnel that energy company Delta, the province of Zeeland and Zeeland seaports announced last February will not be built. Further calculations made clear that that the construction would amount to NLG 150 million (EUR 68 million) instead of NLG 100 million.
