CEZ AS, the Czech Republic's main power utility, plans to sell two or three of its unprofitable power plants and to sell or liquidate about 10 of its 20 subsidiaries, according to CEZ deputy Chairman of the Board Theodor Dvorak, Czech daily Hospodarske Noviny reported.
