Austria's power sector still has problems with getting the transmission system and third party grid access to work, despite Verbund's reluctant agreement to transport the "foreign" electricity contracted by Energie Versorgung Niederösterreich (EVN) and WienStrom after the EU directive came into force, Power in Europe reported.
