Viridian Group plc has announced it has agreed the disposal of the Moyle Interconnector to Moyle Holdings Ltd, a newly-formed company limited by guarantee.
The disposal is expected to complete next week and the total net proceeds receivable by Viridian in connection with the transaction are expected to amount to approximately GBP 122.5m.
