Vattenfall is planning to merge the grid operations of its Finnish subsidiaries Keski-Suomen Valo, Revon Sähkö and Vattenfall Siirto. The new company, with the working name Vattenfall Verkko (Grid), is planned to start operations at the start of 2003.
