A majority in the Norwegian parliament looks like saying yes to the introduction of green certificates in the country.
Hallgeir Langeland, energy spokesman of the Socialist Left party, told a seminar in Oslo yesterday that there appears to be a majority in parliament for introducing a market for certificates in spite of the government's wait-and-see attitude.
