The spot price for Saturday fell by 1.74 euros to EUR 59.54/MWh. The spot price for Southern Norway however strengthened markedly.
“It was still higher than expected. This probably indicates that the producers are now more in control even though there is less consumption,” director Jørgen Gunnestad at SKS commented.
