On 30 June 2009 natural gas prices for delivery in 2010 were fixed at 19.74 Euro/MWh (GUD) and 20.10 Euro/MWh (NCG), respectively.

Electricity trading volume on the European Energy Exchange (EEX) in June 2009 totalled 93.3 TWh, compared with 127.6 TWh in June 2008.
