Electricity trading volume on the European Energy Exchange (EEX) in June 2008 totalled 127.6 TWh, compared with 96.1 TWh in June 2007.
This includes 11,432,079 MWh (8,907,414) traded on the electricity Spot Market, where the average base load price (Phelix Base Month) for the month was 73.24
