On the spot market a total of 59.6 million EUA (2.4) was traded in February. The volume included 58.8million EUA (2.2) from the primary market auction.

EEX carbon trade rose 810%
European Energy Exchange (EEX) said that the trading volume of CO2 emission allowances (EUA) rose by 810 percent to 66.3 million tonnes in February, compared with 7.3 million tonnes in the same month last year.
