On Wednesday,Vattenfall begun to produce power at its Sandbank German offshore wind farm inthe North Sea, driving its total installed offshore wind capacity up to 2.2gigawatts.
By 2025, the Swedish utility envisages reaching atleast 7 GW, said Gunnar Groebler, the company's executive group managementmember in charge of wind.
