Thesplit will help remedy the congestion on the power cables between the nationson windy days, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Acer) saidin a statement on Friday.
The planwill reduce trading to what can be physically transmitted through the networkand prevent excess power taking indirect routes through neighboring countriesand risking blackouts.
