The Christian Democrat group on Oslo city council decided on Friday evening that it no longer supported the plans to sell Oslo's shares in Hafslund. The Liberals are also having doubts, while city finance commissioner André Støylen of the Conservatives says he has not yet received a bid which can be accepted.
