RWE Power AG said it agreed to acquire a 24 percent stake in German power plant Steinkohlenkraftwerk Ibbenbüren from TUI AG to gain full ownership of the power plant.
TUI (formerly Preussag AG) will focus on its core activity and sells off the company’s energy engagements.
