RWE must split off grid before taking over Essent
The Dutch economic affairs minister is not against the takeover of the country’s power utility Essent by the German energy concern RWE but expects the latter’s grid operations to be split into a separate company by the time an offer is made, Friday’s Financieele Dagblad reported.
