Kymppivoima acquires 1.3% of PVO from Kotkan Energia

Kymppivoima Tuotanto Oy last week acquired Kotkan Energia Oy’s 1.3% share in Pohjolan Voima Oy, according to PVO’s website.

After the transaction Kymppivoima Tuotanto Oy owns 3.4% of PVO.

As of April 1, 2003 the owners of PVO are:
