Once the French futures contracts have been transferred to EEX Power Derivatives, Powernext SA will receive 20 percent of the shares in EEX Power Derivatives GmbH and a seat on the Supervisory Board, while EEX will hold the remaining 80 percent.
French power futures to be transferred to EEX April 1
EEX AG and Powernext SA said that Powernext Power Futures will be transferred to EEX Power Derivatives in Leipzig, Germany by Apr. 1, 2009.
