Fortum Oyj said it will consider selling some of its German businesses in an acceleration of its program of non-core divestitures.
The Finnish energy group made this statement in its press release on Fortum's acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Birka Energi AB (Europower story 07:13 cet today).
