The German company is currently building a coal-fired power plant in the north of the Netherlands which is expected to be operational in 2012.
Essent and RWE confirm deal
Holland’s largest Dutch energy concern, Essent, has confirmed that it is in favour of a binding cash bid of 9.3 billion euros made by the German power giant RWE. A similar statement has also been made by RWE.
