Spain's largest power company Endesa SA and Portuguese power company Sonae SA have formalized the setting up of a new company, named Sodesa Comercializacion de Energia, S.A. in Portugal.
The new company is owned 50-50 by both companies and it will supply electricity and services to Portuguese eligible customers.
