Seven companies are said to be interested in buying a 49 per cent stake in Solingen's municipal utility, Stadtwerke Solingen. Among the bidders is Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, which is ready to pay a three-digit million mark amount for the stake, the Rheinische Post reported.
