The regional government of Upper Austria is again discussing a possible sale of 49 per cent of its utility Energie AG, Power in Europe reported.
Energie AG has the advantage of having a territory that borders both Germany and the Czech Republic, enabling direct exchange of electricity and gas with a cross-border partner, the journal said.
