The Dutch government has approved 18 climate projects in developing countries with the aim of cutting CO2 emissions by more than 16 million tonnes.
The projects concerned are in India, Panama, Brazil, Jamaica, Bolivia, El Salvador, China, Indonesia and Costa Rica.
