MERGER APPROVED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT. The parliament of the Province of Gelderland yesterday agreed to the merger from NUON with ENW, EWR, and GAMOG. The merger was discussed in this parliament because the Province of Gelderland is a major stockholder of NUON.
